Yikes! I cannot believe the countdown starts TODAY. Fifty days until I turn 50 years old. Ouch, that actually hurt a little while typing it. This is a major milestone for me and I am looking forward to celebrating it. I don’t know what the plan is. No one will tell me. I tried to get some info from my kids, but they aren’t budging either. Here’s hoping it’s low stress and a LOT of fun!
In the meantime, I am going to try to post some fun stuff on this site over the next fifty days. It may look something like a version of MY favorite things. I have so many, I don’t know how I will narrow them down to just 50. You can probably expect to see a combination of my favorite crafts, foods, gifts, and more. Of course, most of it will be handmade but some might be from my favorite stores.
Side note, the post I already have scheduled for tomorrow, March 3rd, will not count towards the countdown. It is meant to be a special and separate post for my oldest son who will be celebrating his own milestone birthday. I may draft a second post that will apply towards the countdown. We shall see.
